Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you've ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one email with a tracking number.

We work closely with our carriers to get your items moving ASAP. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, with delivery taking another 3–7 days (depending on your location).

However, for our graphic hoodies and tees (these are printed just for you when you place your order) the time frame is longer. It may take 12-14 business days to reach you.The print facility receives your order, prints the design, then ships. Since this is not a matter of pulling a ready made item off a shelf then shipping, it may take as many as 14 business days to get the items to your door.

You will receive a tracking link for every package so you can watch your pup's new haul every step of the way.

We use a Direct-to-Dog shipping model. Your gear is sent straight from our specialized artisan partners and printers to your front door. This means a parka might arrive on Tuesday, while your custom acrylic standee arrives on Thursday.

Actually, yes. By skipping the "Middle-Man Warehouse," your items travel fewer total miles. We eliminate the carbon footprint of double-handling and massive centralized storage facilities. It is leaner, faster, and keeps our environmental paw-print as small as a Pomeranian’s.

We believe in radical transparency. Companies that offer "free shipping" have baked all shipping fees into the cost of each item. Instead of inflating prices and hiding costs, we offer flat, tier based shipping fees. So you know (before ever adding an item to your cart) where the line is between the cost of your items and shipping fees.

As mentioned above, "Free Shipping" is a myth. Most retailers just add $15 to the price of every item to cover it. Our goal isn't to make money on assumed shipping fees. So we created our shipping fee tiers to more closely reflect to the actual cost of logistics in a way your brain can more easily keep track of. The result is keeping our individual product prices more fair and honest.
