Return Policy

We accept returns for most itemswithin 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. For more info on personalized items, continue to the next section.

How to Start a Return (not available on personalized/custom prints)

  1. Email us at support@yapnsass.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Sorry, No Returns or Exchanges

As these are custom-printed just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing or color preference concerns. Sales on these items are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please email us a photo as soon as possible. It bust be at least within 30 days. We'll connect with the manufacturer on the issue, and send a replacement at no cost to you!
